What to expect in Psychology.Quest blogs

As of 2023, there are something like 600 million blogs in the world. Welcome to this one! These are the thoughts and musings of this Canadian-American Psychologist who has an academic background in physiology, philosophy, classical languages, comparative religious studies, and, yes, counseling psychology and clinical psychology. Let's put some of those studies and all of that student debt to good use.
Whether in written word or video upload, my intention is to approach some aspect of the underlying themes critical to or helpful of living the good life. The good life here is meant to be the most authentic life possible, the life you were created to live, the type of life that allows you to always strive towards being the best version of yourself (while using your sense of humor to console you for not yet reaching that place).
Together we'll explore interesting psychological phenomena and human experiences, such as the lessons taught by The Blue Zones, those areas in the world where a significant number of area residents live to be over 100 years old -- but are able to do so maintaining significantly good health!
We'll look at wide-angled lens perspectives of what characterizes the good life, and we'll also dive into the details to look at very specific considerations, such as the benefits of coffee and Matcha or Oolong tea.
Buckle up and let's enjoy the ride!
